HEATHER COOPER
Heather Cooper is the founder and owner of multiple Toolbox Studio locations in Cincinnati.
She holds a certification in Lash Extensions and has been teaching the art of lashes for 10 years. She is a Master Esthetician and Manicurist, Certified Permanent Makeup Artist, Master MUA Artist and Educator with nearly 30 years in the industry.

LATE CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it.
If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
